Congratulations Megan and Brendan!

I have to say we really have great clients - this was another amazing couple. Megan and Brendan's ceremony and reception was at Wickham Park in Manchester, CT. Lucky for us, and them, it didn't rain once. Good thing as majority of the wedding we spent outside. I'm sure it wouldn't have mattered to either of them or their family as they were all very easy going, super relaxed and a whole lot of fun to be around.

Lauren and Andrew Engagement Session

Yesterday we had an incredible E-session at Lighthouse Park in New Haven . . . given the afternoon rain, humidity and haze we weren't too sure it was going to be a good weatherwise session but it turned out amazing. Lauren & Andrew were so much fun to work with - not only are they were very down to earth, and easy going but they are so natural in front of the camera. They are a great couple and we really look forward to documenting their wedding next August at the beautiful Anthony's Ocean View in New Haven. I'm glad we decided not to cancel the session as it was a fun chance to get out with them, capture the beautiful sunset and hang out before the big day - here are a couple of quick samples for you!!

Congratulations Ourania and Lazaros!!

We had a fantastic time photographing another amazing Greek wedding of Ourania and Larry this Saturday! Both Ourania and Larry are very photogenic and we could have easily gone for hours to photograph them but we had to squeeze in a 'few hundred' pictures of them and their families. I say 'few hundred' jokingly but seriously, both of them come from big families and after the ceremony we had an assembly line of their family, and extended family come up one at a time, or in groups for a picture with the bride and groom. We're saving all those for the main gallery.

Also, it was so great to see some of our past Greek client friends . . . we can't wait to come up and visit them all one Friday night at Jordan's Pizza in Norwalk, CT. (This is their family owned restaurant - the menu looks fabulous...)

Again, we really enjoyed hanging out with Ourania and Lazaros, and would like to thank them as well as their family and friends for allowing us to be a part of their special day. Family Portrait - Father's Day

Today we did a family portrait session of 18! I can't say it's super easy, but rather a challenge to get that many people (especially kids) to all look at the camera and smile. Although we managed just fine - of course, they were very organized and made things flow smoothly.

Congratulations Marta and Zbyszek

Boy, I'll tell ya...... I've shot weddings in hot weather before, but yesterday was unbelieveable - I'm sure I could have won some kind of award for most sweat, and took me hours to cool down after shooting in the hot sun and humidy - yuck!

Despite the uncomfortable weather, Ania and I had the extreme pleasure to shoot and document the amazing wedding of Marta & Zbyszek (Ziggy). Another fantastic couple, and after seeing how hard Marta worked to pull this wedding together on her own, (well not entirely on her own...with a little help from her family, her maid of honor, Asia and her husband (from Digitalink)) and close friends, it was so great to see it all come together so well and see her rid the weight of the world by the end of the evening! It was definitely a crazy day due to the heat and we had to work very quickly not only to keep people in the A/C as much as possible but also get all that we wanted in before a t-storm hit which was literally a minute before we finished all the formals at Hillstead Museum in Farmington, CT. I have to say we had a great videographer we worked with (Adam from Adam Richard Films 845-548-1431) - recommended by Marcin from Digitalink; if there was an idea we had he was already staging it or vica versa - we were both on the same wave length which just made our job that much easier.

The ceremony was at Holy Cross Church and reception at the Greek Hall in New Britain, with band services by The Paradise from NJ (by far one of the best Polish/English bands out there).
