Congratulations Annette and David

Nothing like a Polish-Portuguese Wedding - lots of food, entertainment and fun. Annette (Polish background), met David (Portuguese) at Uconn while in school. They hit it off right away and this past Saturday these two tied the knot. They are a sincere and fun couple, and were a lot of fun to photograph. It made it all the more fun to see some of our past clients at their wedding, and some friends.

This was by far the fastest bridal portrait session we had with the bride - Annette was running a little bit late and normally we like to get in at least 10/15 minutes of these portraits, I think we only had about 3 minutes .... still, they turned out great.

The ceremony took part at St. Cyril's church in Hartford . . . we always like photographing here, it's a beautiful church.

And we ventured out to Wickham Park for the formals

David and his grandmother - she specifically flew in from Portugal for her grandson's wedding

And Annette and her father

And of course, what's a portuguese wedding without an paella . . . rice, meat, mussels, calamari, and shrimp.... yummy... only prepared by one of the best Polish Caterers - Teresa's Catering from New Britain, CT
